Annika Morgan is a seasoned corporate communications, PR, and marketing professional with over 17 years of experience across various roles and industries. She graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Communications – Public Relations from the University of Canberra and has since built a diverse career that spans corporate, private, and agency environments. Annika has lived and worked in London, Stockholm, and Greece, experiences that have broadened her cultural understanding and enhanced her ability to work with people of all backgrounds.
Throughout her career, Annika has played a pivotal role in marketing products and services, growing brands, and building positive relationships with key stakeholders. She has successfully navigated complex corporate landscapes, leading strategic initiatives that have significantly boosted brand visibility and reputation. Her expertise lies in crafting compelling narratives, managing high-profile PR campaigns, and delivering impactful marketing strategies.
Known for her creativity and keen eye for design, she excels in following brand guidelines, creating visually appealing templates, and utilizing tools like Canva and other design programs. Her attention to detail ensures that every project aligns with brand standards and achieves its objectives.

Annika is an integral part of The Gild Group, where she serves as the Marketing Coordinator – Group Marketing. In this role, she collaborates closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to create and execute effective marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of 11 internal businesses. Annika also leads internal communications efforts, supporting various departments with design, sales, client communications, event promotion, and more.
In addition, she provides support for the Gild Creative arm of the business, by working closely with her colleagues to produce high quality solutions for clients.
Annika has also demonstrated her project management prowess through the successful execution of several brand launches and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at The Gild Group. She has overseen the integration of approximately five businesses, managing all aspects of rebranding, website redirection, internal and external communications, and stakeholder engagement.
