Ben Fletcher is Chief Executive Officer of The Gild Group, one of Australia’s fastest‑growing professional services firms. He leads a multidisciplinary team delivering integrated solutions across accounting, tax, wealth, grants & incentives, legal and more.
Ben has almost two decades of experience in professional services, including leading and growing boutique firm Generate prior to its merger with The Gild Group. A Chartered Accountant with a Master of Taxation and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he combines deep technical expertise with a strong focus on leadership, innovation, and building high‑performing teams.
Ben holds a Master of Taxation from UNSW and a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University and has completed further studies through Harvard Business School Online and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has also served as a non-executive director across several organisations, both for profit and not-for-profit, including MusicNSW and The Fly Program.
