Scott Graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Commercial Computing and then started his career in Business Management and Tax in a local accounting firm. In 2002 Scott decided to explore Industry accounting where he was the Group Financial Controller for an ASX200 Property Developer for 10 years responsible for all things related to accounting and tax.
After 10 years working in a large corporate environment he decided it was time for a change and the life of being back In Public Practice and working for himself was appealing. He commenced his own Accounting Practice specialising in providing an outsourced CFO solution to businesses in the property sector.
Over the next 10 years, he built a successful business through word of mouth and an extensive business network. In March 2022, Scott decided to partner with The Gild Group to continue to grow, develop and foster his business and client base.
Away from work, Scott is a motorsports and UFC fanatic. Enjoys a good Stephen King or Tom Clancy read and playing board and video games.
Scott enjoys working with a diverse range of clients but specialises in Property Development and Construction.
