Shane Graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Accounting In 2007 and then started his career in Business Advisory and Tax. In 2013 Shane decided to explore Industry accounting and accepted a role as the CFO of Australia’s third largest group of Real Estate Agents.
While working as a CFO, the life of a tax agent and advisor again became appealing, and he commenced his own Accounting Practice. Over the next 5 years, he built a successful business through word of mouth and an extensive business network before resigning from his day job in 2019 to focus full-time on the business.
In late 2022, Shane decided to partner with The Gild Group to continue to grow, develop and foster his business and diverse client base.
Away from work, Shane is a sports fanatic who has played or is genuinely interested in almost any sport you can think of. Although his number one passion is Surf Life Saving and racing Surf Ski. He has been an active member of a Life Saving Club since 2000 and currently serves as the President of Half Moon Bay Life Saving Club.
Shane truly enjoys working with a diverse range of clients but specialises in Online Retail, Trade Services and Allied Health.
